We have a huge variety of classes which are suitable for all levels of fitness. Most importantly, they are both fun and motivating! The Wellness Team can advise you as to which classes are most suitable for your fitness goals.
Classes can be booked 7 days in advance, from when the club opens in the morning.

If there are any classes that you would like to see at your club, please speak to our Group Fitness Co-ordinator. We review and update our class timetable three times per year and take all member feedback into account.
The Club reserves the right to substitute instructors and change classes and times, when and if the need arises. Prior to classes commencing you must please check in at Reception.
